What this covers
These terms cover using https://botanybrands.mx — reading it, following its links, and writing in through the contact form. Nothing is sold here and there is no account to create, so there is nothing else to agree to.
The writing and the design
The words, images, logo and page designs on this site belong to Botany Brands, © 2026. Quote from it, link to it, and share it freely with attribution. Republishing whole articles, or reusing the logo or brand marks to represent something that is not Botany Brands, is not permitted.
Where a post includes code, that code is yours to use unless the post says otherwise.
Accuracy, and the state of things
This site describes work in progress. Engineering notes, plans and product descriptions reflect what was true when they were written and may be wrong by the time you read them. Nothing here is a promise that a product will ship, a commitment to a date, or professional engineering advice for your own project. Check anything you intend to rely on.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. There is no guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and no liability is accepted for loss arising from using it or from acting on something read here.
Links to other places
External links are there because they were useful. They are not endorsements, and what happens on the other side of them is outside this site's control.
Writing in
Send anything through the contact form and you are giving permission to read and reply to it. Do not send confidential material or anything you would not want sitting in an ordinary email inbox. How that message is handled is described in the privacy notice.
Changes
These terms will change as the studio does. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top says when it was last written.
